I managed to miss this one;
Director Robert Zemeckis and his producing partners Jack Rapke and Steve Starkey are joining forces with the Walt Disney Studios to set up a new performance-capture film company devoted to CG-created, 3-D movies.

Apparently, first story to be butchered is Beawolf.
Since I have an interest in the swedish and icelandic language, I've read parts of Beawolf. I really hope that its made justice. I just dont want to see another story get slayed like Eragon was.
But 'm prolly just bitter after paying to see the polar express :)
Anyhow, that might take the heat of Mr. Jobs and the speculations that Disney payed to much for pixar. Right now, I just want to se how Ratatouille turns out. *cant wait*
And if you're going to see just one old animated movie this week, look for Oliver and company (well, I know its not that old, since '88) I just love how that cat is drawn, a little bit of old warner bros animation over it.
Aww well, off to school :)
cheerio!
